    10.10.09 洋葱玉米奶酪番茄酱意大利面

      今天是纯纯粹粹的休息日,没有生活,就只好用厨艺来填补空白,冰箱里的存货离被解决掉还差的远,所以今天的晚餐依然是各种原料的混合……
      这次的意面有所改良,首先,我没有蘑菇了,所以只好放了玉米作为第二种酱料,其次,听了我爸的话放了奶酪在里面,效果不错。但这顿饭的遗憾是意面煮多了,酱料显得有些少,吃的时候颇有社会主义初期东西又少又要均分的感觉,不过味道好就可以了。本来是想放一些鸡肉在里面的,但我又忘了先化鸡,哎,它们又可以在冰箱多冻几天了。101020091113

    可以做西兰花,到中国超市买饭扫光或老干妈豆瓣酱加点肉沫炝锅,美味又营养。我在美国经常这么干。还可以吃虾面条和炖鸡汤,手掌大的带皮鸡肉丢下去加葱姜小火煨一下午放点盐和鸡精就能喝啦。
